DTS was founded in 2010 by Phill Stokes, who has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a carpenter in 1983, he advanced through various roles, eventually leading major housing and mixed-use developments for top UK housebuilders. His extensive experience enables DTS to manage projects from feasibility to completion, delivering value throughout the entire project lifecycle.
