DTS was Established in 2010, by Phill Stokes BSc (Hons) ICIOB following a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors of the Construction Industry that has spanned some 30 years.
Phill commenced work in the construction and development industry as Carpenter & Joiner back in 1983 then progressed through to Main Contracting Environment before establishing a Career in the New Build and Refurbishment Housing sectors in 1994.
In this period, Phill has worked at Project Director level on several of the Regions largest Housing and Mixed Use Developments employed within the Largest PLC Housebuilding Organisations in the Country.
Phills experience has forged many excellent Sector relationships and through this we can act throughout the entire project life cycle, from the Initial feasibility through to Design, Procurement, Construction and handover, driving to add value from inception to completion.
