We are working with developers in promoting several schemes through Local Authority “Local Development Plan” processes. We would be able to assist landowners requiring assistance in the promotion of their land through the LDP process and work with developers in negotiating options and conditional contracts to secure such sites.
We have worked closely on promoting several large sites through the LDP process – these site have now been included in the adopted LDP and planning granted.
